Important Guidelines
- Raise a request within 24 hours of delivery
- Email support@ayros.in with your Order ID
- Unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to damage, leakage, missing items, or incorrect products
- Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted
Damaged or Tampered Package
If the package appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.

Refunds & Replacements
- Approved cases will be eligible for replacement or refund
